Living and growing with purpose takes courage and faith. What kind of life do you want? What kind of person do you want to be? What goals do you want to accomplish? Once we figure out your purpose, we'll focus on learning ways to prioritize what's important to you, what's holding you back and how to make better choices toward your ideal life.
I work with adults who are frustrated by their current circumstances, yet aren't sure how to make lasting change or find themselves quickly losing motivation. By helping you identify and maximize your strengths, you can develop the skills to better manage your challenges. When you feel you're lacking in love, joy, and peace in any area of your life, taking a step toward change can seem like the most difficult task. Our work together will allow you to begin restoring a healthy balance to your life.
My approach is honest, direct, and encouraging. I truly believe that every person is able to live their purpose in life, regardless of current or past circumstances. There is no room for excuses, only challenges. Honestly, I have very little sympathy for unwarranted excuses. I know that sounds harsh, but what I mean by that is we won't spend too much time focusing on sorrow and pity in situations where it's not helpful. Instead, I want us to figure out how to use your experiences to move forward and restore your peace of mind. I have a nonjudgmental approach, which means we can talk about anything and everything. Many times just saying aloud and talking it through makes it seem less stressful.
You are capable... of making a choice, making a change, and making a commitment. Our working together means that we will WORK TOGETHER. That will include setting healthy goals, changing unproductive thought patterns, working through negative feelings, and replacing unhealthy behaviors. You can start to make healthy choices toward healthy changes.
